You’ll receive it frozen, then it can stay frozen for numerous months, or in the fridge for up to a week.
👉 What does the cow’s diet consist of? 👈
At Clearview Farm we understand the importance of the animals having a natural diet, so the cows are 100% Grass-fed.
Throughout the summer the cows only eat grass and are on pasture 22 hours each day.
Throughout the winter they are on pasture as the weather permits, otherwise they get hay/dried grass.
They never get any corn, soy, grains, or silage.

Our Farm is actually what we call ‘Beyond Organic’. Let me explain:
Farmers who have an ‘Organic Certification’ can still use organic soy, organic corn, and even pesticides, chemicals, preservatives, and vaccines, yet they still call it ‘Certified Organic’.
But our farm goes above and beyond! We don’t use any soy, chemicals, pesticides, vaccines, drugs, or artificial preservatives, thus we call it ‘Beyond Organic’.
